Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starting at $360,000 plus wRVU production incentives or production model Sign-on bonus ($50K+) and relocation assistance ($15K) Student loan repayment assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan (401k) CME allowance ($5K) and paid time off (25+ days) Malpractice provided (including tail) Strong, stable hospital-employed opportunity
