This is a backfill opportunity tied to a highly productive provider, offering immediate access to a large, established patient base and strong procedural volume. Compensation:
• $400K+ base salary • Additional earning potential tied to productivity
Practice Highlights:
• $7M+ in annual collections generated by previous provider • 27,000+ clinical visits and 700+ surgical procedures annually • Surgical volume primarily focused on laser procedures • Two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) • Established MD/OD collaborative care model • Mentorship available for continued professional development
