Established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Los Angeles seeks dedicated associate attorneys to join our growing practice. We offer a supportive, collegial work environment with substantial growth potential and comprehensive training for the right candidates. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Schedule: Monday - Friday, in-person Required Qualifications: Active member of the California State Bar in good standing Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal) Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively Strong research and legal analysis capabilities Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Key Responsibilities: Evaluate merits of personal injury cases and develop case strategies Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process Conduct thorough medical record review and case analysis Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel Supervise and direct support staff Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues Adhere to firm policies and procedures Ideal Candidate Qualities: Goal-oriented and self-motivated Compassionate approach to client representation Strong leadership and team management abilities Solution-focused mindset Commitment to professional excellence
