Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess a keen eye for detail. This role involves setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards. Duties Set up and operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, materials handling, and fabrication processes. Follow safety protocols in the manufacturing facility to ensure a safe working environment. Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for precise manufacturing specifications. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
