The Role As the Sales Manager, you will drive sales opportunities and grow the Thixo‑Die casting line to meet ambitious targets. This role involves integrating resources, managing a dedicated sales team, and cultivating high‑level relationships with OEMs and contract manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Execute strategic plans to exceed quarterly and annual quotas through prospecting and networking.
Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and build long‑term client relationships.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a sales force of direct reports and agents to ensure peak performance.
Technical Solutions: Partner with internal engineering teams to provide solutions for client pain points.
Strategic Reporting: Forecast revenue accurately and submit regular performance reports via CRM.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in the Die Casting industry.
Education: Degree or Master’s in Business, International Trade, or Engineering/Machinery.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, deep product process knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000+ (Commensurate with experience)
