Overview Digital Freedom Systems vision is to help online business owners to automate their business. We’re currently looking for amazing Content Copywriters who can join the team to write amazing copies for leading businesses that has broad reach! This talented individual will be responsible for developing content in the form of blog posts, articles, landing page content and additional marketing content (email copy, etc.). The content writer will be an integral part of our overall content marketing efforts to support our local and small business clients. To be successful in this role, the writer will need to be capable of performing basic research when needed and have the ability to craft engaging content that is industry-specific and tailored to reach specific audiences.
Responsibilities Proficiency in researching and crafting thoughtful and engaging blog content, articles, landing page content, email copy to targeted audiences to help increase conversions In-tune with and open to learning more about our overall content marketing efforts to help us provide the best product possible to our clients Report to our content management team in a timely manner (must answer and respond to emails in 24 hours or less) Collaborate with other members of our marketing team to ensure that all content is on target and optimized for specific audiences
Requirements Must be familiar with creating content that is optimized for SEO as well as conversions Must be reliable and able to meet all deliverable deadlines Must have Microsoft Word or a comparable software to create content in .doc or .pdf formats
How you will make a difference The Copywriter responsible for drafting and editing all product copy for online published items. They will ensure the copy is brand appropriate and is in line with the Company’s style, tone and image.
What You’ll Do Write a Stellar Copy That Converts Visitors. Write copy using AIDA / PAS Technique Draft, edit and proof all website and e-com related copy Utilize language appropriate to our customers Ensure accuracy of description and web content Partner with appropriate departments to develop suitable descriptions and reading material Assist with Marketing copy as needed Incorporate SEO keywords
What You’ll Need Post-secondary education in Communications or Writing / Practical Experience With Copywriting Minimum of 2 years of copywriting Preferred, editorial and/or blogging experience Related Work Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Effective time management and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic Ability to meet deadlines and works well under pressure Accuracy, creativity and great attention to detail are key skills
