Consolidated Edison Company of New York is hiring a Sr. Analyst to oversee technical and analytical support related to credit and collections. This role includes monitoring customer arrears, developing new approaches for collections, and guiding the Customer Service Organization on policy. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or data analytics, combined with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with SQL and data analytics platforms is preferred.
