Network and Computer Systems Administrator – TARCES Torch Technologies is seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to join our team supporting the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) on commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain LANs, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and integrity of network, hardware, and server resources.
Review system logs, verify backups, and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
Manage software installations, upgrades, and licensing activities.
Analyze network and server utilization and support user access management.
Support network planning, coordination, and integration activities for data communications systems.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or an Associate degree with 4+ years of related experience; or a High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
Active Secret clearance required.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 – 17:00
Work Location: Onsite, PAX River, Maryland
Travel: 0–10%
Relocation Assistance: Available
Contingent Upon Award of Contract: No
Salary Range: $68,000 – $142,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)
