• Communicate proactively with homeowners no surprises, no dropped balls
• Keep subcontractor crews aligned to Dino's quality, cleanliness, and timeline standards
• Lead walk-throughs, punch lists, and final sign-offs on every job
• Own the production schedule and push jobs forward daily
• Keep job documentation clean and current in our management tools
