Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult patients with neurological, medical, and post-surgical conditions, developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support functional recovery and safe discharge. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and contribute to care planning in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on patient-centered outcomes and professional growth.
