As a Spanish Language SDR at Ezoic, you'll be the tip of the spear - identifying, qualifying, and initiating conversations with digital publishers (≥ $5,000/month MRR). This is not a high-volume call center role. It’s a strategic, high-impact position where quality outreach and pipeline-building are king - and your success is rewarded accordingly. This is a launchpad role designed to prepare you for full-cycle selling as a LATAM/ES Business Development Manager (BDM) within 12 months. Identify and research Spanish language leads using in-house prospecting tools, CRM data, and creative self-sourcing methods (ie. online searches, content discovery, or custom lead lists) Craft personalized outreach in Spanish via email, social, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers Maintain persistence with follow-ups to convert prospects into warm leads Qualify leads through discovery conversations focused on business outcomes and monetization goals Pass high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to LATAM/ES Business Development Managers Collaborate with LATAM/ES - BDMs to shadow demos, learn pipeline strategy, and understand sales follow-through Own performance metrics, including revenue potential, conversion rates, and pipeline impact Chase tiny leads or book meetings for the sake of hitting a number. Operate in a silo - you’ll work closely with leadership, BDMs, and cross-function teams to grow fast. Big earnings potential: You’ll earn $$$ for every qualified SAL (≥ $5k MRR) + % of commission on any deal you source that closes. Promotion track built in: You’ll have the option to graduate into a Business Development Manager role after successfully completing the SDR track (9-12 months), which gives you the ability to own the full sales cycle and increase your earning potential. True sales skill development: Learn how to qualify like a pro, understand monetization strategy, and generate a meaningful pipeline, not just set meetings. Work with purpose: Help Spanish-speaking creators and publishers succeed in today’s digital landscape. Business Level Spanish Required 0–2 years of sales or outbound experience (SaaS, agency, adtech, or media preferred) Demonstrated drive to learn and grow in a sales career Hungry, competitive, and money-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, curious, coachable, and self-motivated You want to earn more by being better, not just doing more You’re excited to learn what it takes to close $60k ACV deals You want to graduate into a true sales role and not stay in an SDR role You’re motivated by performance, feedback, a commission check, and leveling up fast At Ezoic, we believe in a balance between dedication and enjoyment. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, the location where the role is to be performed, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of related education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held internal equity, and alignment with market data.

This role's estimated base salary range is $48,000 to $55,000 annually, with an expected commission of $20,000 to $30,000.
