Job Title

PM Experience 8-10 Years in hospitality domain

Experience in any CRS product implementation preferably SHR or IBS.

OTA Integration.

Experience in PMS Systems preferably Opera /Opera Cloud or any Oracle hospitality products.

Req'd Experience - PM with Central Reserve System experience Mandatory Skill - PM, Hospitality A central reservation system is used in the hospitality industry, It's a type of reservation software that is used to update and maintain hotel inventory and rate information so that hotels are able to manage guest reservations in real-time. Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to closure with adherence and tracking to client objectives, project scope and goals, schedule commitments, and budget
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, planning and managing resources, objectives, schedules, budget, milestones, dependencies and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to understand the audience and adjust communication to meet audience need and business purpose.
  • Ability to use strong analytical skills and creative thinking to understand complex business problems and identify solutions.
  • Adherence and leadership in executing and delivering with quality.
  • Understand client business functions, requirements, and objectives in relation to and in support of the client adoption and use of client products, solutions, and services.
  • Identify solutions to client needs; recognize crisis and know when to escalate.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to mature, extend, expand, and strengthen the client business relationship

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Superior written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening skills, problem resolution and conflict management
  • Disciplined, highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Customer-focused and highly driven.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Project, Visio.

Mandatory Skills Hospitality Project Management with Central Reserve System experience, Change Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, Business Analysis, Maintenance Operations.
