Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in alignment with regulatory and facility standards. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, contribute to discharge planning, and support high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment.
