Network Engineer Team Lead at Uline. Location: Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. Keep Uline connected. As a Network Engineer Team Lead, you’ll drive design, reliability and optimization for the Data Center network infrastructure across our North American company. Use your expertise to set technical direction, lead innovation and mentor a high‑performing team to support one of the largest ecommerce operations in the U.S. Position Responsibilities Own the full Data Center lifecycle, designing, implementing and optimizing IT networks and cloud environments to ensure reliable operations. Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as SD‑WAN and zero‑trust network access, to enhance security and performance. Partner with IT teams to ensure the Data Center network architecture supports organizational security and business objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree; major in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar preferred. 7+ years of network engineering experience, with 2+ years in a team lead or leadership role. Proficient in routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Hands‑on experience with Cisco networking technologies and network monitoring tools. CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.
