Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and well-being. Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will help ensure residents receive the highest quality of care throughout the night. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Provide assistance with meals and hydration as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence at all times Qualifications
Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care Previous skilled nursing or sub-acute experience preferred, but not required
