Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate, the full-time position will focus on Salesforce administration, CRM management, and supporting sales productivity while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Assist with Salesforce administration, managing user setup, permissions, and maintaining CRM data quality Support sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and document improvements in sales processes Build and maintain reports and dashboards, analyzing sales performance metrics for actionable insights
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or CRM Administration Hands-on experience administering Salesforce Strong proficiency with Excel Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
