Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to support functional communication and safe swallowing. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered rehab in a nurturing and dynamic environment with strong growth potential.
