Chick-fil-A Downtown Athens In-Line / Barnett Shoals / Beechwood is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Propel Leadership Development Program. This program is specifically designed for future business leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals interested in pursuing long-term leadership opportunities within Chick-fil-A. Participants will gain hands-on operational leadership experience while progressing through a structured development roadmap designed to prepare them for high-level leadership responsibilities. This is not a traditional restaurant management role. It is a fast-paced leadership development experience focused on operational excellence, leadership growth, business acumen, and personal development.
We are looking for individuals who are hungry to grow, passionate about serving others, and excited about the opportunity to lead people and businesses at a high level.
Your Impact
- Learn every aspect of restaurant operations from the ground up
- Lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Help create and sustain a strong culture centered around operational excellence and servant leadership
