Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a leading Beverage Manufacturing Company located in the Ashville NC market. Ideal candidate will have bottling and canning experience.

• BS or equivalent experience.
• 7-9 years of maintenance management experience.
• Bottling and canning experience.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food processing equipment.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, industrial controls, mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, waste treatment systems, and building maintenance in a hi speed CPG environment.
• Manage the annual R&M budget for the facility.
• Responsible for a team of 3 direct reports and 20 technicians responsible for all maintenance activities in the facility including three hot fill bottling/canning lines, blending operations, warehouse, plant utilities, and building maintenance.

• Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience.
