Assistant Manager

Candidate will be trained in all job positions of the restaurant.

Will be responsible to manage employees to maintain company standards of service, product quality and preparation, and housekeeping standards.

Other duties include hiring, training, maintaining operating costs such as labor and food cost analysis.

Restaurant leadership preferred

Ability to communicate and motivate staff

Able to work different day parts including weekends
