Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all U.S. warehouse operations across three locations, including a primary distribution center in Madison, IN, and smaller satellite facilities in Shreveport, LA and Salt Lake City, UT. This role ensures efficient receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities while maintaining optimal inventory levels and accuracy. This position directly supervises three Warehouse Supervisors and indirectly leads a team of 30+ employees. The Warehouse Manager drives operational excellence, safety compliance, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives to support SuperATV's fast-paced aftermarket manufacturing and distribution environment. This role plays a key part in improving outbound shipping efficiency, packaging effectiveness, and overall fulfillment cost discipline.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,600.00 to $94,500.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
