Area Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven food service and food safety experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective multitasking and time management abilities
• Willingness and ability to regularly travel between restaurant locations
• Comfortable with restaurant technology, including purchasing, scheduling, and food safety applications
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset

Area Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience mentoring and developing managers
• Experience analyzing sales and operational reports for continuous improvement

Area Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to General Managers to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure all restaurants uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, and meet health department requirements
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion processes
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth through promotional or operational initiatives
• Complete monthly operations reviews, cash and security audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting management teams and ensuring top-level hospitality
