What you'll be doing:
Build and manage payment proposals Support positive pay processes and coordinate treasury releases with banking partners Work within a high-volume AP environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Partner cross-functionally to resolve payment-related issues Leverage Excel and ERP systems to analyze and manage data What they're looking for:
~5+ years of Accounts Payable experience (high volume preferred) Experience with OCR tools or data capture solutions (ExFlow is a plus) Strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas, VLOOKUPs required) Exposure to ERP systems (D365 a plus) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Pay Details:
$31.00 to $35.00 per hour
