Schedule:
Full-time, Direct-Hire and W2 Contract-to-Hire candidates are encouraged to apply Fully onsite in the Knollwood-Hanestown neighborhood for the first 30 days Transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) after onboarding Free parking provided Key Responsibilities:
Support multiple attorneys with business litigation and bankruptcy-related matters Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules Manage case calendars and deadlines Coordinate discovery, hearings, and trial preparation materials Maintain organized case files and assist with document production Communicate professionally with attorneys, court personnel, and external stakeholders Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of recent and tenured civil litigation paralegal experience Background in creditors' rights bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and/or 11) and/or business litigation is required Strong experience with state and federal court (PACER) filings (required) Ability to interpret pleadings and manage complex deadlines independently Advanced technology skills in time tracking and case management software, Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication abilities Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-attorney team environment Compensation & Benefits:
