À propos
The ideal candidate is comfortable in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing. The role itself is a hybrid between Helpdesk, Cybersecurity and a Systems Administrator who configures, tests, trains and supports business-related IT requirements and systems. Leads projects using IT to enable business improvement and perform critical analysis.
Tasks range from password resets and provisioning servers to security audits. Typical activities include Active Directory user administration, Microsoft Exchange operations, file sharing access, printer management and support as well as technical support troubleshooting.
