Essential Job Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Provide level 2 technical support to users
Track orders and escalate issues to other IT teams as required.
Provide excellent customer service.
Install, setup, move, maintain end user equipment including printers, workstations, mobile devices, etc.
Analyze and troubleshoot all system failures to component level if necessary and rapidly initiating repairs.
Support IT and Hospital projects as a resource and technical guidance.
Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience
Required License/Certifications N/A
