Business Analyst Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid). This role requires a professional with expertise in business analysis to support operations and deliver high-quality deliverables.
Prepare, review, and organize Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents, ensuring contract compliance and deliverables.
Gather, document, and validate clear, unambiguous, and testable business requirements from stakeholders.
Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings and coordinate requirements gathering and technical design activities.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes related to enterprise system implementation.
Apply knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, estimation, planning, and forecasting.
Required experience: Minimum of 12 years of general BA experience, expertise in Agile methodology and DevOps.
Eligibility: U.S. citizens or residents authorized to work in the United States.
