Key Responsibilities
Define and deploy global SQD systems and data roadmap
Ensure standardization, governance, and adoption of tools across regions
Lead systems landscape (eSQAL, legacy platforms, reporting tools)
Own dashboards, KPIs, and supplier performance analytics
Drive AI and future‑state system development
Lead team of systems and data specialists
Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT
Create simplified tools for warranty in Palantir for Suppliers and Supplier Quality
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data, IT, or related field
10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Systems, Data, or Process & Methods
Strong experience with:
Supplier performance systems
Data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
Digital systems implementation and transformation
Proven leadership in global, cross‑functional environments
Experience in Power BI, Snowflake & Palantir is a plus
Travel
50% travel required (international & domestic)
