Job Description JOB TYPE : Direct hire
SALARY : OPEN (based on experience)
START DATE : IMMEDIATELY
Responds to requests for service incidents and provides on-site, in-house, and remote technical service support, installation, configuration and incident resolution in Macintosh & PC/network environments. Specialist provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment, as well as, diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
Qualifications
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks pertaining to computer hardware, software or operating systems.
