The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, product quality, production efficiency, and the safety of personnel. The Operations Manager supervises cross-functional departments including Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, and other shop-floor-related functions to drive performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with company objectives.

Communication
Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization; ability to lead productive meetings and issue resolution.
Presentation
Skilled in creating and delivering professional presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
System
Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and interdependencies; experience with ERP/MES systems and process mapping.
Analytics
Proven ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make strategic decisions based on operational insights; proficiency in data analysis tools.
Exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (MBA or master's is a plus).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience using ERP and manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
