Speech Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide patient-centered speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support recovery and maximize functional outcomes. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
