Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this patient-centered role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat adults with neurological, medical, and post-surgical conditions, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team. You will develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document progress to support optimal functional outcomes and safe discharges.
