This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Journeyman level construction representative responsible for assigned function of surveillance, wide-scope monitoring, inspection of civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental components on projects related to Chief Joseph Dam and projects in the vicinity.
