Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on strategies that support recovery. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will help optimize functional outcomes while contributing to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding patient-centered environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
