Job Summary Sika Corporation is looking to hire a Territory Sales Rep to join its growing team in the Dallas/Fortworth area for its insulation business. The TSR will develop and execute sales plans to exceed sales goals and objectives within the assigned territory. Responsibilities Identify and build relationships with architects, distributors, and general contractors. Develop and implement specific sales action plans for selected accounts. Responsible for driving growth of residential business through specified distribution channels that meet the agreed upon budget and gross margin objectives. Coordinate sales activities in region, manage the distribution chain and work with Sika salespeople as a team to coordinate the entire sales cycle from specification through final sale. Call on end-users, contractors, builders, architects/specifiers, owners and installers creating a “pull-through” demand, subsequently working with distribution customers to close related sales. Create and identify new market opportunities. Identify and call on top builders in region to specify Rmax/Insulation solutions for commercial use. Qualifications Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills. Knowledge about the construction industry. Located in Dallas/Fortworth area. Reporting Structure This position reports to the Region Sales Manager, Central. Product Focus Position Rmax/Insulation as a company that provides quality products and service.
