Business Intelligence Developer We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will help transform data into actionable insights that support better decision-making across our organization. Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, update, and maintain analytics and dashboard solutions for organizational-level projects of moderate complexity. Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop, document technical specifications, and create specified analytic and/or dashboard functionality. Validate solutions and provide training to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of ad hoc reporting and dashboards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. Experience with Power BI Development, SQL, Python, R, and Databricks. Familiarity with Epic tools including Healthy Planet, Cogito Tools, and SlicerDicer. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $70,000 per year with potential for higher pay based on experience. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Remote work options available for residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, HSA/FSA).
