In this position, you will be a key point of contact for customers—answering inquiries, recommending products, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors, and maintaining accurate computer records.
The right candidate will enjoy problem-solving, working in a team‑oriented environment, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency required; HVAC or plumbing knowledge is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries and purchases
Recommend products tailored to customers’ needs and preferences
Accurately process sales transactions and maintain computer records
Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe
Stay informed on product features, pricing, and availability
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and service targets
