Manager - Operations and Compliance /A I Foundation

A growing, international, US based private operating foundation 501[c][3] searching for a Manager, Operations & Compliance. Manage the workflow for MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements for global projects. Own the end-to-end process for agreement cycle management: intake, routing to appropriate reviewers [grant compliance counsel, outside legal]. Drive day-to-day enforcement of compliance policies. Serve as the single point of accountability in-country compliance and reporting across international program entities. Coordinate IP related workstreams including trademark filings, ownership frameworks, and protections for proprietary AI tools & program generated data.
