As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) caregiver, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.
About the Role:
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
Provide nursing services, conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status, and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
