Responsibilities
  • Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluations
  • Implements an effective budgeting and accounting system and assures accuracy for billing procedures
  • Assesses employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding of policies and procedures and assist employees to support policies and achieve necessary changes
  • Maintains two-way communication with employees and fair administration of personnel policies
  • Documents employee problems in personnel files and disciplines employees as necessary
  • Monitors budget hours and does not exceed allowance each year
  • Monitors equipment abuse and takes steps to keep it at a minimum
  • Develops, implements and evaluates financial policies, procedures, budget plans and cost control
  • Ensures staff development, including orientation, in service education and continuing education
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care related programs

We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including: community living, adult host homes for adults regardless of disability, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.

Additional Job Information
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and behaviors
  • At least one year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Salaried position due to on-call responsibilities
Salary Range

USD $68,640.00 / Year
