Construction Superintendent
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations. This role involves managing personnel, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise construction personnel, including Assistants, Foreman, and subcontractors
- Manage planning, coordination, and execution of work on-site
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
- 8-10 years of construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proficiency in Suretrak or MS Project
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
