Work Environment

The Senior Contracts Manager works as part of a small, collaborative contracts team of three other professionals who are geographically dispersed. The organization supports flexible work arrangements, including fully remote work, and also welcomes team members who prefer to work from a local office when available. Proximity to the Midwest is helpful but not required. Day-to-day collaboration occurs primarily with pre-construction teams and project managers rather than direct interaction with end customers. The role focuses on large, complex contracts, often starting from company-standard documents but frequently involving review, redlining, and negotiation of customer-provided contract forms. The team leverages in-house AI tools, such as document analysis platforms, to support efficient and accurate contract review. The work environment emphasizes strong training, supportive colleagues, and a culture that values fun, collaboration, and professional growth, while promoting safety, continuous improvement, and alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Typical business hours apply, with professional office or remote attire appropriate to a corporate construction environment.
