Restaurant Manager

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Able to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by law
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed 3 holidays of the year)
• Minimum 1 year manager experience of a quick casual or quick serve environment
• Effectively lead and manage your own team in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Focuses on "simply better seriously fun" guest service experiences
• Demonstrates highly motivated, energetic, and engaging characteristics
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations
• Delivering excellent guest service; including resolving guest complaints with kindness
• Overseeing coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
• Setting the tone for the fun environment in the restaurant
• Creating and managing team member schedule
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and orientating the team
• Making certain proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility standards maintained
• Ensuring health, safety inspections and cleaning standards are met
