We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility on night shifts. The LPN will provide basic nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and support the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care. Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and report any condition changes Assist with daily nursing care and documentation Support resident comfort and safety during night shifts Communicate with RNs, physicians, and staff Requirements Active LPN license LTC or Nursing Home experience preferred BLS certification preferred
