To support a growing business, the full-time remote BizOps and Analytics Associate will define key problems, analyze data, and drive impactful outcomes across various business units including growth, product development, and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities
Define business questions and ensure analyses address the right problems Build reports, run analyses, and surface insights that influence key metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommend actionable next steps
Required qualifications
1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech company Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python Proven track record of managing ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes beyond assigned tasks
