Responsibilities
Analyse and document current ITSM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Support the transformation to global ITSM standards and operating model.
Coordinate activities across project teams, SMEs, and local IT function.
Support ServiceNow adoption and process implementation.
Create process documentation, governance materials, and training content.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DOR.
Support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Experience as an ITSM Business Analyst, ITSM Consultant, IT Transformation Consultant, or similar.
Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
Experience within Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
Exposure to ServiceNow environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and transformation initiatives.
PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar certifications are an advantage.
