Driving high-impact insights in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior AI & Analytics Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance retail intelligence and customer experience. Key responsibilities
Perform deep-dive analysis across key business areas, focusing on retail intelligence and actionable insights Design and develop self-service analytics tools powered by AI, ensuring accuracy and insightful responses Support engineers in developing AI-driven solutions by defining use cases, requirements, and success metrics
Required qualifications
4+ years in analytics, data, or a related field Proven ability to deliver insights and drive business impact Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data transformation and optimization Experience in building scalable datasets and semantic layers Working knowledge of AI fundamentals, including RAG and prompt engineering
