Role Overview SWBC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to collaborate with Data Scientist, Data Engineers, and BI Developers to deliver data‑driven solutions that impact business performance and support the organization’s overall data strategy. The Senior Data Analyst will leverage AWS, Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, and BI tools to manage, organize, and analyze data to provide business insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and provide requirements for dynamic reporting solutions supporting internal and external clients, including on‑time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Perform ad‑hoc reports and dashboard reporting options, analyzing reports/dashboards for trends and providing data analysis results using charts, graphs, pivot tables, and similar visuals. Utilize quantitative analysis, data wrangling, and data storytelling to deliver insights that enhance decision‑making and process optimization. Establish requirements and success criteria for data modeling and engineering efforts to support centralized data solutions for all end users and business units. Assist with documentation, governance, and security best practices. Support data validation, KPI development, data model calculations, dashboard criteria, proof‑of‑concepts, and ad‑hoc reporting requests. Collaborate with leadership to provide research, reports, or dashboards that promote data‑driven decisions across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of three (3) years of quantitative analysis experience in a fast‑paced environment or across diverse product lines. Experience in BI development and best practices across Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, or Looker. Preferred experience in banking, payments processing, or risk management. Proficient in Python, SQL, Jinja, and other data‑specific coding languages. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to interpret ambiguity with minimal direction and make decisions with minimal consultation. Physical ability to lift up to 20lb.
