Role Overview The Brand Content Coordinator supports the development, execution, and maintenance of content across Dayton Children’s marketing channels. This role provides versatile content and brand support, adapting to evolving team needs and priorities. Reporting to the Manager, Content Strategy & Marketing, the coordinator assists in executing content through writing, editing, and day‑to‑day production while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery. Responsibilities Write, edit, and produce content for diverse marketing channels, including digital, web, and brand communications. Collaborate with the content, creative, social, and digital teams to meet deadlines with minimal revisions. Support social media and brand initiatives in partnership with the social media lead. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and patient-family education materials. Maintain content consistency across all platforms and ensure all materials meet brand guidelines. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (preferred 3-4 years). Proven multidisciplinary communication skills, especially in content development and web/digital marketing. Strong writing and editing skills across a range of content formats and audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
