About the Position:

Income: $70,000 $99,000+ (base salary + unlimited commission) Hiring Bonus: $5,000*

What You Will Do:

As a Sales Representative, you are the face of Kinetic. You will manage a local territory, directly interacting with residents to offer high-speed internet solutions.

Consultative Selling: Identify residents' needs and relate them to Kinetic's internet products. Comprehensive Service: Process orders, set up billing, and ensure seamless activation for your customers. Brand Development: Follow up with clients to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network. Technology-Driven: Utilize provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and our internal software to eliminate channel conflicts and maximize your sales.

Outdoor Adaptability: You are comfortable working outdoors most of the day in various weather conditions and terrain types.

Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. High school diploma or GED. Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (25 Mbps or higher internet). Comfort with using iOS devices. Ability to work during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Hiring Bonus of $5,000:

Earn a total hiring bonus of $5,000, distributed in partial payments. You will receive $1,000 upon successfully completing the 6-week period, $2,000 upon reaching 6 months, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service. This offer is available only to new employees and requires you to remain employed and in good standing at the time of each payment.
